HUMAN POTENTIAL
BEGINS WITHIN.

MY WORK
Working at the intersection of science, psychology, and human awareness.
I believe the next frontier of human performance lies not only in developing greater capability, but in understanding and working with the internal conditions that influence our ability to access it.
At Buri Wellness, I bring together principles of neuroscience, somatic awareness, psychology, and integrative wellness with intuitive and energy-based practices. My work is grounded in the understanding that our physical, mental, emotional, and experiential systems are deeply interconnected, influencing how we feel, function, respond, and perform. This philosophy recognizes both the established science of mind-body interaction and the dimensions of human experience that remain less understood.
I work with athletes, founders, executives, artists, and individuals to explore patterns that may be limiting their ability to access their full capabilities. These limitations can emerge through physical tension, emotional experiences, learned responses, stress, subconscious beliefs, or patterns that have developed over time. My approach is not simply about gaining awareness. It is about using awareness to create meaningful change.
Through my Heal. Transform. Expand. framework, I help individuals work through what may be holding them back, strengthen their connection to their own internal resources, and explore new possibilities for performance, well-being, and personal growth.

MY PHILOSOPHY
The body knows.
The mind directs.
Awareness creates choice.
Our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define the limits of what comes next.
When we recognize the patterns influencing our internal state, we create opportunities to respond differently.
Your state changes what is possible.
Your choice makes it possible.
My purpose is to help people reconnect with the intelligence of their own systems, move beyond familiar limitations, and become more intentional participants in what they are capable of creating.
